AJ Francis discusses TNA partnership and leadership

Wrestler AJ Francis has detailed his professional partnership with content creator Expressions, who recently made his in-ring debut for TNA on the October 13 episode of TNA iMPACT. Francis recounted their initial meeting backstage at WWE’s Money In The Bank event in London, noting that Expressions had been a fan since Francis was in NXT.

Francis also offered praise for TNA Wrestling President Carlos Silva, attributing recent organizational improvements to Silva’s leadership. He credited Silva with bringing a traditional sports mentality to the promotion and specifically noted that Silva was instrumental in securing the company’s television agreement with AMC. Francis contrasted Silva’s approach with previous management styles, suggesting the current leadership is more effective at recognizing established talent.
