AJ Lintell praises Aris B.C. atmosphere after victory over Bourg

Aris B.C. player AJ Lintell expressed intense enthusiasm regarding the atmosphere at the ‘Nick Galis Hall’ following the team’s 93-80 victory over Bourg. Lintell described the fan support as an unforgettable experience, noting that the energy provided by the supporters is vital for the team.

Reflecting on recent performances, Lintell offered self-criticism regarding the team’s previous outing against Karditsa, calling that performance ‘shameful’ due to a lack of effort. He emphasized that the team must remain focused and continue to improve rather than becoming complacent with their recent success.

Lintell also commented on the presence of Greek basketball legend Nikos Galis at the arena. He noted that he had researched Galis, acknowledging him as a legendary figure in the Hall of Fame, and mentioned that coach Vassilis Spanoulis cited Galis as a personal inspiration.
