WNBA All-Star Game rosters set for July 25 exhibition in Chicago

Hall of Famers Cynthia Cooper and Teresa Weatherspoon served as honorary general managers for the 2026 WNBA All-Star Game, drafting two squads named “Team Coop” and “Team Spoon.” A'ja Wilson was selected first overall, while fan‑voted guards Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers were placed on opposite teams after a coin flip—Clark on Team Spoon and Bueckers on Team Coop. Other starters include Breanna Stewart, Kelsey Mitchell, Olivia Miles, Aliyah Boston, Jessica Shepard, Natasha Howard and Gabby Williams. Coaches Becky Hammon (Team Spoon) and Cheryl Reeve (Team Coop) will lead the teams. The exhibition will be played on July 25 at the United Center in Chicago, with the winning side receiving $70,000 for a local youth‑sports charity and the runners‑up $30,000 for the same cause.
