AJAD Developments and Telecom Egypt partner for smart community

AJAD Developments, an Egyptian-Saudi real estate developer, has announced a strategic partnership with Telecom Egypt (WE) to develop the technological and telecommunications infrastructure for its ‘Elaya’ project. Located in New Heliopolis on the Suez Road axis in East Cairo, the project spans approximately 85 acres, with 84% of the area dedicated to open spaces.

The collaboration focuses on establishing an advanced digital infrastructure using fiber optic networks to ensure high-speed connectivity and future-proof technological capabilities. The partnership will provide residents with ‘Triple Play’ services, integrating high-speed internet, landline telephony, and IPTV digital television services.

‘Elaya’ represents the first project by AJAD Developments in the Egyptian market. The development aims to create an integrated smart community featuring diverse residential units, community areas, and recreational, sports, and commercial facilities.
