Ajah cult attack: Man killed and mutilated in suspected trap

A man identified as Biola was killed in a suspected cult attack in the Ajah area of Lagos State. The incident reportedly occurred on Sunday near the DKK Bus Stop.

Video footage has emerged suggesting the victim may have been lured into a trap. The footage shows Biola identifying himself as a member of the Eiye confraternity while interacting with unidentified men. Allegations suggest these individuals may have been rival cultists disguised as members of his own group to deceive him.

According to eyewitness accounts and police sources, the victim sustained gunshot wounds to his neck and was subjected to mutilation, including the severing of his left hand. The attackers reportedly attempted to remove other body parts but fled the scene after attracting a crowd. The Lagos State Police Command has been notified of the incident, which follows recent reports of cult-related violence along the Ajah–Lekki corridor.
