Ajax signs Thilo Kehrer on loan from AS Monaco

Ajax has secured defensive reinforcement by signing Thilo Kehrer on loan from AS Monaco for the remainder of the season. The 29-year-old German international joins the Amsterdam club without an option to buy.

Technical Director Jordi Cruijff praised Kehrer’s professionalism and experience, noting his ability to handle high-level pressure and provide much-needed competition in the defense following recent departures. Kehrer, who has previously played for Schalke 04, Paris Saint-Germain, and West Ham United, will join fellow Germans Julian Brandt and Marc-André ter Stegen at Ajax.

In separate transfer news, PSV has completed the signing of 21-year-old attacking midfielder Ayoni Santos from Sparta for a reported fee of approximately five million euros.
