Ajax targets Ilaix Moriba and Azzeddine Ounahi

Ajax is actively pursuing defensive midfield reinforcements during the transfer window. The club has reportedly inquired about Ilaix Moriba, a 23-year-old Guinean international currently playing for Celta de Vigo. According to transfer expert Matteo Moretto, Ajax is specifically interested in a loan deal for the former Barcelona youth talent.

In addition to Moriba, Ajax is also in advanced negotiations for Moroccan midfielder Azzeddine Ounahi. Ounahi has received permission from his club, Girona, to travel to Amsterdam for discussions. The club's technical director, Jordi Cruijff, is looking to secure these profiles to align with the team's tactical requirements.
