Ajax's Urby Emanuelson credits Francesco Farioli for improved fan dynamics

Emanuelson observed that this shift in atmosphere has benefited the current squad. He also discussed the unique experience of academy players, noting that those coming through the Ajax youth system often handle the pressure and expectations of the Johan Cruijff ArenA better than external signings. He highlighted that young talents often view playing in the stadium as a boost rather than a source of intimidation.
