Vikrant Massey Cast in Ajay Devgn's Action Thriller “Chauhaan”

Bollywood actor Vikrant Massey has been confirmed to join Ajay Devgn in the upcoming action thriller Chauhaan. He will portray a “layered grey” character, a role described by sources as a departure from his previous work and a major highlight alongside Devgn.

Chauhaan, directed by Neeraj Yadav and produced by Jio Studios in partnership with Aanand L Rai’s Colour Yellow Productions, is based on true events and is set against the backdrop of Kashmir. The film is slated to begin principal photography in the last quarter of 2026, with a planned theatrical release on Gandhi Jayanti (2 October 2027). Production is being overseen by Jyoti Deshpande, Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma.

The casting news has generated considerable buzz in the Indian film community, with industry insiders noting the generational pairing of Devgn and Massey and anticipation for the film’s release among audiences.
