Ajay’s Café expands to 281 outlets across three Indian states

Ajay’s Café, a vegetarian Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand founded in Navsari, has marked 12 years of operation by expanding to 281 outlets across 64 cities. The brand currently operates in the Indian states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.

Since its inception in 2014, the company has served over 4.36 crore burgers and 3.02 crore cold coffees. The expansion has accelerated recently, with more than 65 new outlets added in the past year alone. The company utilizes a franchise-led model that employs over 1,100 team members and provides opportunities for local entrepreneurs.
