Ajmer police arrest men for harassing Israeli tourist

Rajasthan Police have arrested several individuals in connection with two separate incidents involving the harassment of an Israeli female tourist in the Ajmer district.

In the first case, three men—identified as Arjun, Dayaram, and Jughar—were arrested in the Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh. They are accused of filming an Israeli woman without her consent while she was bathing at Ajaypal Baba Ajaysar Kund on September 9, 2026, and subsequently circulating the video on social media.

In a second, related matter, police arrested four men—Mohammad Furkan, Mohammad Anees, Farhan, and Akhtar Ali—following a viral video showing them behaving inappropriately toward an Israeli tourist at the Kishangarh marble dumping yard. While the suspects claimed the video was three years old, authorities took action after it surfaced on social media. The Israeli tourist expressed gratitude to the Rajasthan Police for their response and stated her desire to return to India despite the unpleasant experience.
