AJOFM Bistrița-Năsăud completes professional training for 28 job seekers
The Bistrița-Năsăud County Agency for Employment (AJOFM) has completed professional training for 28 job seekers through the ‘COMPETENT’ project. Funded by the Education and Employment Program 2021–2027, the initiative aims to improve labor market competitiveness.
On August 17, 2026, participants underwent final examinations for two distinct specialization programs. The first group, consisting of 14 individuals, completed a 300-hour ‘Accountant’ course. This training covered document management, activity planning, and essential mathematical and IT skills.
The second group of 14 participants completed a six-week ‘Junior Programmer’ program. This course focused on programming logic, algorithms, programming languages, databases, and software development best practices. According to Executive Director Angela Koos, these programs are designed to align professional skills with current market demands to facilitate stable employment.
