AK Mornar athletes to compete in European Children's Athletics Games
Nine young athletes from the AK Mornar athletics club in Bar, Montenegro, are set to compete in the 21st edition of the European Children's Athletics Games. The event will take place in Brno, Czech Republic, from August 27 to 30.
The competition is expected to host approximately 2,500 young athletes representing 27 different countries. The Montenegrin delegation includes Anđela Lalić, Viktor Jančić, Lazar Gvozdenović, Helena Husak, Sara Tvrdišić, Tara Novaković, Hana Husak, Georgina Vujošević, and Aleksija Prelević. They will be accompanied by coaches Bojana Đurković and Danijela Vojinović.
AK Mornar stated that participating in such a large-scale international event provides invaluable experience for young competitors, as there are limited international meets available for this age group to test their skills against global peers.
