AK Party officials visit Mardin for Century of Türkiye meetings

AK Party Deputy Chairperson Belgin Uygur and Mardin MP Faruk Kılıç conducted a series of visits in Mardin as part of the ‘Türkiye Yüzyılı’ (Century of Türkiye) meetings. The delegation met with local tradespeople, civil society organizations, and party members to discuss regional development and unity.

During a program titled ‘A Table of Mesopotamia,’ Uygur stated that the issue of terrorism would be left behind, aiming to make the ‘Century of Türkiye’ a period of peace and prosperity. She emphasized that the country is moving toward a phase of strengthening brotherhood and regional development through the leadership of President Erdoğan and the political consensus in the Grand National Assembly.

In addition to political meetings, MP Faruk Kılıç visited various local institutions, including the Mardin 1969 Sports social facilities, Artuklu University, and the Mardin provincial branch of KADEM, focusing on youth, sports infrastructure, and the strengthening of family values and women's roles in society.
