AK Prijedor athletes secure medals at Sokolac competition

Young athletes from Atletski klub Prijedor achieved notable success at the Republic of Srpska competition for younger juniors and the Republic of Srpska Cup for athletics school A and B in Sokolac. The team, consisting of Sofija Bilbija, Elena Bilbija, Bogdanka Stanković, Tatjana Rendić, and Magdalena Popović, competed against 226 participants.

In their debut on the official republic stage, Elena Bilbija secured second place in the 200-meter race, while Tatjana Rendić earned bronze in the 60-meter race. Magdalena Popović finished fourth in the 600-meter event. Additionally, the AK Prijedor relay team, composed of Bogdanka Stanković, Magdalena Popović, Tatjana Rendić, and Elena Bilbija, took third place in the 4x50 meter relay.
