Akçaabat New Small Industrial Site Project advances in Trabzon

Construction preparations are advancing for the New Small Industrial Site Project in the Akçaabat district of Trabzon. The project aims to provide a modern and organized workspace for small industrial tradespeople and auto dealers.

Significant milestones have been reached, including the completion of expropriation processes in the Düzköy Valley by the Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ). Expropriation payments have been deposited into accounts and the transfer process to rights holders has begun.

Previous technical stages include the approval of the zoning plan, the rehabilitation of the Düzköy Stream by the State Hydraulic Works (DSİ), and the installation of sewage lines by the Trabzon Water and Sewerage Administration (TİSKİ). The next phase involves soil improvement and filling works to be carried out by the General Directorate of Highways as part of the South Ring Road Project. Once groundworks are complete, TOKİ will begin constructing the industrial shops.
