Akachan Honpo to showcase allergy-friendly food at FOOD STYLE JAPAN 2026

Akachan Honpo will showcase its new business project, ‘allumy’, at the FOOD STYLE JAPAN 2026 exhibition held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 30 to October 2, 2026.

Designed to expand food options for children with allergies, allumy offers frozen lunch kits for the food service and hospitality industries. These kits are manufactured in specialized facilities that strictly exclude nine specific major allergens to eliminate contamination risks. The project aims to address challenges faced by families with allergic children, such as limited dining options, while helping businesses manage labor shortages and kitchen safety.

Exhibits will include lunch kits featuring items like hamburgers, meatballs, and chicken nuggets, as well as rice flour mini-pizzas. The company intends to provide a dining experience where everyone can eat together delicious food without compromise.
