Akçansa reports 23.1 billion TL in sales for first nine months

Akçansa, with Heidelberg Materials as the majority shareholder, announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2026. Based on inflation accounting (TMS 29), the company reported sales of 23.1 billion TL, representing a 4.7 percent increase compared to the same period last year. Net profit rose by 7.1 percent to 677 million TL.

Following a mandatory tender offer, Heidelberg Materials now holds a 94.8 percent stake in Akçansa, leaving 5.2 percent for public and other shares. General Manager Tayfun Öneş noted that domestic demand remained strong in the third quarter, particularly in the company's active regions. He attributed increased operational profitability to a better product mix and strict cost discipline.

The company has also initiated the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process for a modernization project at the Samsun Ladik Factory. This project aims to increase production capacity and improve energy efficiency through pre-calcination investments.
