Akbank launches Business Plus commercial card program
Akbank has launched Business Plus, a new commercial card program designed to provide integrated banking solutions for corporate customers. The program aims to transform commercial cards from simple payment tools into a comprehensive ecosystem covering payments, collections, and cash management.
Membership is divided into three tiers—Silver, Gold, and Platinum—determined by factors such as commercial assets, credit card volume, credit usage, and POS volume. Benefits vary by tier and include discounts on fuel and restaurant expenses, free lounge access at over 1,800 airports worldwide, and fast-track services or parking discounts at specific domestic airports.
Additionally, the program offers up to three installments for tax and social security (SGK) payments. It also provides sector-specific advantages, such as discounts on wholesale markets, corporate bill payments, and HGS (Fast Pass System) reloads. Şebnem Dağ Güven, Akbank Deputy General Manager of Digital Solutions and Strategy, stated that the program addresses the need for simpler, smarter, and more integrated solutions in a changing commercial landscape. Customers can enroll via Akbank Mobil starting September 10.
