Akemi Darenogare provides 700 meals for Kumamoto Earthquake relief

On August 8, 2026, model and entrepreneur Akemi Darenogare conducted a food distribution event at Ryuhokuto Elementary School to support those affected by the Kumamoto Earthquake. The initiative provided 700 meals served non-stop between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Joining the effort was Mr. Sasaki, a pear farmer from Ukiha, Fukuoka Prefecture, who had previously suffered the theft of approximately 5,000 pears before harvest. After receiving national support and donations facilitated by Darenogare following the theft, Sasaki participated in the relief activity to give back to the community. Darenogare expressed gratitude to the farmer for his cooperation and thanked the volunteers and donors who provided materials and support.
