Akhilesh Yadav to visit Ayodhya on October 8

Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav is scheduled to visit Ayodhya on October 8 to attend a Shrimad Bhagwat Katha religious program organized by former minister and SP leader Tej Narayan Pandey. According to the official itinerary released by the party office, Yadav will arrive via helicopter and is expected to visit Hanumangarhi to offer prayers to Lord Hanuman.

While the visit is confirmed, the official schedule does not include a stop at the Ram Mandir. This has prompted local religious figures and priests to urge Yadav to visit the temple and seek blessings from Lord Ram, suggesting that failing to do so could be perceived as an ideological stance against Sanatan Dharma.

The visit occurs amidst political preparations for upcoming elections, as Tej Narayan Pandey is reportedly the Samajwadi Party's candidate for the Ayodhya seat.
