Akina Nakamori special programming announced for BS10 Premium

BS10 Premium has announced a three-month special programming event dedicated to Japanese singer Akina Nakamori, running from September through November. The decision follows the positive reception of previous features regarding the artist.

The September lineup includes two significant live concert broadcasts. The first is the ‘Akina Nakamori Bitter & Sweet (1985 Summer Tour),’ recorded at the Tokyo Kosei Nenkin Kaikan on September 22, 1985. This performance features hits such as ‘Jikkai (1984),’ ‘SAND BEIGE,’ and ‘Kazari Janai no yo Namida wa.’

The second broadcast features the ‘Akina Nakamori 2000: Journey to the 21st Century’ tour. This performance, recorded at the Aoyama Theatre in Tokyo, showcases a ballad-focused setlist accompanied by an ensemble of guitar, bass, piano, and strings.
