AKIRA celebrates 20th anniversary with fashion collaboration and new performance goals

EXILE member AKIRA is celebrating his 20th anniversary in the industry with the launch of a special collaboration collection titled ‘FORSOMEONE × AKIRA’. The collection, developed with the apparel brand FORSOMEONE and director Satoshi Ogawa, features items such as jackets, denim, and graphic T-shirts that blend AKIRA’s personal aesthetic with stage-inspired fashion.

During a press preview for the pop-up store held in Nakameguro, AKIRA expressed his gratitude for his career and his passion for music, dance, and street culture. He shared his vision for a ‘second chapter’ of his career, setting ambitious goals to perform a solo concert at the Nippon Budokan and to return to stadium-scale venues with EXILE.

The anniversary project is part of a broader period of growth for the artist, who views these milestones as steps toward future evolution rather than mere celebrations of the past.
