Akis Petretzikis returns to SKAI with Kitchen Lab season 10

Chef Akis Petretzikis returns to SKAI for the tenth season of his cooking program, ‘Kitchen Lab’. The new season is scheduled to premiere on Saturday, October 3, at 16:00.

The premiere episode features a selection of comfort food recipes. The chef will prepare pulled beef sandwiches using a pressure cooker to ensure tender meat, served with a rich sauce, mayonnaise, pickles, and onion. Additionally, the episode includes a recipe for baked Greek-style carbonara, utilizing penne pasta, bacon, mushrooms, and a velvety béchamel sauce topped with cheese and breadcrumbs.
