Akkodis and hvv to present AI mobility solution at InnoTrans 2026

Akkodis and the Hamburg Public Transport Association (hvv) have announced the development of ‘hvv mia’, an AI-driven mobility solution. The technology, based on Akkodis’ Synergeticon AI Conversational Service Hub, will be showcased at the InnoTrans 2026 international transport technology trade fair.

Designed to streamline passenger experiences, hvv mia utilizes conversational and agentic AI to connect information, services, and transactions through a single natural language interface. With user experience design support from Luxoom, the tool allows travelers to plan routes, access real-time trip information, and manage ticket inquiries using intuitive, multilingual interactions.

By integrating multiple data sources into one environment, the solution aims to replace the need for multiple apps or websites, providing a unified conversational experience for commuters and driving digital transformation within the railway and broader transport sectors.
