Actor Akshay Oberoi has purchased a farmhouse in Karjat, a property that was under construction for 1.5 years. Oberoi described the home as a sanctuary intended to provide an escape from the chaos of Mumbai and a space to reconnect with his family.

The actor noted that the purchase was made possible by recent successful projects. His latest film, “Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups,” is a gangster film starring Yash. The production is reported to have a budget between Rs. 500–1,000 crore, potentially making it one of the most expensive Indian films ever produced.
