Akshaye Khanna purchases luxury Mumbai apartment for Rs 33.26 crore

Indian actor Akshaye Khanna has purchased a luxury apartment in the Malabar Hill area of South Mumbai for Rs 33.26 crore. The transaction was officially registered in September 2026.

According to property registration documents reviewed by the real estate platform Square Yards, the residence is located at 30 Little Gibbs, Malabar Hill Road. The apartment includes a carpet area of 2,341.39 sq. ft. and a balcony area of 175.45 sq. ft., totaling 2,516.84 sq. ft. The deal also encompasses three parking slots and involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.99 crore.

Malabar Hill is considered one of Mumbai’s most prestigious residential neighborhoods, offering proximity to major business districts like Nariman Point and Fort, as well as landmarks such as Hanging Gardens and Kamala Nehru Park.
