Aktor to acquire Paiania real estate complex for €45.55 million

Aktor, through its 100% subsidiary Aktor Stone Participations and Real Estate, has signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire a real estate complex in Paiania, Attica, from Europa Holdings S.A.

The transaction involves six plots of land totaling approximately 62,623 square meters. The acquisition includes a building complex consisting of seven buildings and smaller structures with a total area of 27,597.90 square meters, as well as another building measuring 2,659.90 square meters, located in the VIPA-BIOPA Paiania area.

The total purchase price is set at €45,550,000. Funding will be provided through a combination of equity and financing to be secured from a credit or financial institution. The signing of the final sale contract is expected to take place by September 30, 2026, subject to customary terms and conditions.

The acquisition aims to provide Aktor Group with facilities to house its expanding operations, allowing for the gradual concentration of various activities into a single corporate space. The properties are already occupied by Aktor Group activities under existing lease agreements, alongside other high-quality tenants.
