Al Ahly opens new Mansoura branch and readies Spain pre‑season camp

Al Ahly’s board, chaired by Mahmoud El Khateeb, inaugurated the club’s new branch in New Mansoura on Monday. The facility, built by Al Ahly Sports Facilities Company in partnership with Delta Capital and Nations of Sky, will provide sports and social services for members in the Delta region and is part of the club’s geographic expansion plan.

At the same time, Al Ahly players and coaching staff visited the Spanish embassy in Cairo to secure visas for an upcoming pre‑season camp in Spain. Coach Hussein Amouta is finalising the squad list ahead of the July 16 deadline, granting international players a two‑week rest after the 2026 World Cup before they join the camp.

Both moves reflect Al Ahly’s broader preparation for the new season, combining infrastructure growth with on‑field training plans.
