Al Ahly SC manages contract negotiations and medical staff proposals

Al Ahly SC is addressing internal matters regarding player contracts and medical management. During ongoing contract renewal negotiations, player Mohamed Hany is requesting the removal of a participation clause. This request stems from a perceived lack of parity, as Hany noted that some players arriving from outside the club have received contracts without such clauses, despite his long tenure and previous compliance with club regulations.

Separately, Al Ahly Vice President Yassin Mansour has proposed hiring a foreign doctor to lead the first team's medical staff. This proposal follows a series of significant injuries, including ACL tears suffered by Amr El Gazar and Youssef Belamri. The club is currently evaluating the possibility of bringing in international expertise to improve physical programs and reduce injury rates during the competitive season.
