Al-Ahsa hosts opening rounds of Saudi Toyota Autocross and Drift 2026

The opening rounds of the Saudi Toyota Autocross 2026 and Saudi Toyota Drift 2026 championships have concluded in Al-Ahsa at the Prince Abdullah bin Jalawi Stadium parking lots. Organized by the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation in partnership with Bakhshab and Jameel Motorsports, the events featured 41 drivers competing across various categories.

In the Autocross competition, Mustafa Al-Attari secured first place and the fastest time in the P1 category with a time of 1:04.170. Other notable winners included Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Turki in the P4 category and Reem Al-Aboud in the P3 category. The event included multiple classes such as G1, G2, and G3, with various drivers taking top honors in each.

The Drift championship featured three distinct tiers: professionals, semi-professionals, and amateurs. Mohammed Al-Amri took first place in the professional category, while Saud Al-Abbasi won the semi-professional class, and Nawaf Al-Jibhan secured first place in the amateur category.

The second rounds of these championships are scheduled to take place in Al-Ahsa in late October, with the final stages set to be held in Jeddah in late November.
