Al-Ain dominates Al-Nassr 4-0 in AFC Champions League Elite opener

In a standout performance, UAE's Al-Ain secured a dominant 4-0 victory over Saudi Arabia's Al-Nassr at the Hazza bin Zayed Stadium. Al-Ain's victory was fueled by a brace from Houssine Rahimi, a goal from Soufiane Rahimi, and a final strike by Giorgos Giakoumakis. Al-Nassr, led by Cristiano Ronaldo, struggled defensively and failed to score.

In other notable fixtures, Saudi Arabia's Al-Hilal defeated Qatar's Al-Gharafa 2-1 in a match that saw two red cards, including one for Al-Hilal's Crysencio Summerville. Al-Hilal's goals were provided by Ruben Neves and Sergej Milinković-Savić. Additionally, Al-Ahli of Saudi Arabia played to a 1-1 draw against Uzbekistan's Pakhtakor, while Al-Qadsiah secured a 2-1 win over UAE's Al-Wasl.
