Al-Azhar Al-Sharif has announced the first phase of coordination results for kindergarten and first-grade primary school admissions for the 2026/2027 academic year. The results are available electronically via the Al-Azhar portal starting Saturday, August 8, 2026.

Parents can check the results using the child's 14-digit national ID and the data provided during registration. For kindergarten, the minimum age for the first level is 4 years, with a maximum of 5 years, 11 months, and 29 days. For first-grade primary students, the minimum age is 6 years and the maximum is 9 years.

This year marks the first implementation of a two-phase electronic coordination system, a digital transformation initiative aimed at increasing transparency and efficiency. Students who have been accepted must complete their enrollment procedures and submit all required physical documents to their assigned institutes no later than August 25, 2026.
