Al Dahra Agriculture Trading (ADAT) has signed a five-year wheat supply agreement with Egypt’s General Authority for Supply Commodities (GASC). The deal is valued at up to US$500 million and transitions a 2023 strategic framework into an operational supply arrangement.

The agreement establishes a framework for supplying imported wheat to GASC, supported by a financing programme from the Abu Dhabi Exports Office (ADEX). The partnership aims to strengthen economic cooperation and trade ties between the United Arab Emirates and Egypt while supporting UAE exports in global markets.
