Al-Fayha negotiates for Vasco da Gama defender Walace Falcão

Saudi Arabian club Al-Fayha is negotiating the transfer of 21-year-old Vasco da Gama defender and full-back Walace Falcão. The club, managed by Brazilian coach Fábio Carille, is looking to utilize its two available slots for foreign players under the age of 21 by targeting talent from Brazilian football.

An initial offer from Al-Fayha was rejected by Vasco da Gama's management because the proposed amount did not meet the club's valuation. However, the Saudi side remains active in negotiations and is reportedly preparing a new financial proposal to secure the player.

Walace Falcão has made four professional appearances for Vasco, scoring one goal. His recent experience includes playing in the Copa Sul-Americana. The interest from Al-Fayha follows the recent move of Hugo Moura, another former Vasco player, to the Saudi club.
