Al Othaim Investment launches real estate arm with SAR 16 billion plan

Abdullah Al Othaim Investment has announced the launch of Al Othaim Developments, a specialized arm dedicated to the real estate sector in Saudi Arabia. The company aims to develop integrated destinations that combine residential, hospitality, retail, entertainment, and office spaces to meet evolving lifestyle needs.

The company has set an ambitious plan to launch approximately 10 real estate projects over the next two years. These projects involve investments exceeding SAR 16 billion and are expected to deliver a total of roughly 8,000 units. The company’s first project, The O Residence, will be located in Dammam.
