Alfallah captioned the post “The mother and father of Roman,” accompanied by a red heart emoji. While the pair previously had a romantic relationship, Pacino clarified in an October 2024 interview with People magazine that they are not currently in a relationship, stating, “No. We have a friendly relationship.” His representative also confirmed they remain close friends focused on co-parenting their son.
