Al Qalyubia Governor inspects Al Khusus infrastructure and development projects

Hossam Abdel Fattah, the Governor of Al Qalyubia, conducted field inspections in Al Khusus to oversee infrastructure improvements and new development proposals. The governor's visit focused on two primary areas: the upgrading of city tunnels and the utilization of available land for service projects.

Regarding infrastructure, the governor inspected the development of several tunnels, including Al Rashah, Al Amir, Al Saqili, and Othman. Work includes asphalt resurfacing, drainage system installation, rainwater drainage preparation, and the relocation of high-voltage cables. The governor instructed the executing company to accelerate work to ensure completion by August 30.

Additionally, the governor evaluated a proposal to utilize a central median on Al Sarf Al Sehi Street for developmental projects. In coordination with the Egypt Future for Sustainable Development agency, the plan involves using a 200-meter stretch to establish commercial chains that provide essential goods at competitive prices. This initiative aims to alleviate economic burdens on citizens and create local employment opportunities while maintaining the area's aesthetic appearance.
