Al Tayer Motors named exclusive Kia distributor in UAE

Kia has appointed Al Tayer Motors as its exclusive distributor in the United Arab Emirates, ending its long-standing partnership with the Juma Al Majid Group. The transition is part of a strategic move as the South Korean automaker expands its regional portfolio to include more electric vehicles, commercial models, and pickups.

Under the new arrangement, Al Tayer Motors will manage Kia sales, service, parts, and after-sales operations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Premier Motors, a subsidiary of the Al Tayer Group, will oversee operations in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.

Kia has confirmed that all existing customer warranties, maintenance contracts, and after-sales commitments will remain valid. The company stated that services are expected to continue without interruption during the transition period.
