AL wins 2026 LPL championship, securing first seed for Worlds

AL has won the 2026 LPL championship after defeating BLG with a 3-1 score in the finals. This victory marks the first Silver Dragon Cup in the team's history and secures their position as the LPL's first seed for the 2026 League of Legends World Championship.

BLG will enter the World Championship as the LPL's second seed due to having the highest seasonal points outside of the champion. AL finished the season with 350 points, while BLG accumulated 300 points.

Other teams that have secured spots in the LPL regional qualifiers include TES, IG, WE, and JDG. The LPL regional qualifiers for the remaining seeds are scheduled to take place from September 17 to September 19 at the Shanghai League Arena.
