Al Zorah Development Company announces Ajman waterfront project

Al Zorah Development Company has announced a new project pipeline for the Al Zorah region in Ajman, centered on a mixed-use waterfront destination. The development is expected to include more than 2,000 residential units alongside various commercial, leisure, and tourism components.

The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, which includes finalizing architectural designs, securing environmental permits, and preparing for an off-plan launch. The initiative aims to enhance the area’s appeal while preserving its coastal character and environmental assets, such as its existing nature reserve.

Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, was recently briefed on these plans. The developments are intended to support the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030 by establishing the region as a premier urban, investment, and tourism destination.
