Alabama and Florida State players react to recent football matchup

Alabama defensive coordinator Kane Wommack has taken responsibility for a late rushing touchdown allowed to Florida State quarterback Ashton Daniels during the Crimson Tide’s recent victory. Wommack noted that he should have utilized a spy to prevent Daniels from scrambling in the red zone.

Despite the late score, Alabama secured the win, aided by a game-sealing interception from Bray Hubbard. The victory follows a performance where Florida State quarterback Ashton Daniels threw for 377 yards, marking the highest yardage for a Seminole quarterback since 2022.

Florida State wide receiver Duce Robinson also drew significant attention following his performance. Robinson recorded six receptions for 135 yards and a touchdown. His display has increased NFL interest, with analyst Mel Kiper suggesting the 6-foot-6 receiver could be a second or third-round pick in the upcoming April draft.
