Alabama and Tennessee release injury reports ahead of matchup
The initial availability reports for the upcoming matchup between No. 6 Alabama and No. 14 Tennessee reveal significant injury concerns for both teams.
Alabama will be without star wide receiver Ryan Coleman-Williams, who is confirmed out following a head injury and a separate knee issue sustained during the game against Georgia. Head coach Kalen DeBoer noted that Coleman-Williams is dealing with multiple issues, making his participation unlikely. Other Alabama absences include Desmond Umeozulu, Cayden Jones, Nick Sherman, Jeremiah Beaman, and Terrance Green. Center Racin Delgatty is listed as questionable. Lotzier Brooks is expected to take over the primary receiver role for the Crimson Tide.
Tennessee also faces roster challenges, with several players listed as out, including Ethan Davis, Joakim Dodson, Jaedon Harmon, Edrees Farooq, Dylan Lewis, Wendell Moe Jr., and Joakim Dodson. Tennessee quarterback Faizon Brandon is listed as questionable; if he is unable to play, redshirt freshman George MacIntyre is expected to start.
