In Etowah County, Rocket Mortgage, LLC has announced a public auction for the property located at 884 Riverside Dr, Gadsden, AL 35901. The sale is scheduled for September 23, 2026, at the Etowah County Courthouse. The property, identified as Lots 4 and 5 in Block 2 of Cedar Hills, was originally mortgaged by Steven Joseph Lobello, Melinda Lobello, and Connie Marie White.
