Alacahan school opens new library and intelligence games classroom

A new library and intelligence games classroom have been opened at Alacahan Primary and Secondary School in the Kangal district of Sivas, Turkey. The project was coordinated by the National Education Directorate with significant contributions from the Kalpten Olsun Association, which provided the furniture and educational materials.

Various public institutions supported the initiative: the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports provided sports equipment, the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism supplied books, and the Yeşilay Sivas Branch organized educational programs for students. Additionally, the Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Services held activities to support social development.

Mustafa Epik, President of the Kalpten Olsun Association, noted that this is the third library the association has established under its ‘A Library for Every Year’ initiative. Local officials, including Sivas Provincial Director of National Education Fatih Erdoğan and Kangal District Governor Muhammed Yiğit Yıldırım, attended the opening, emphasizing that the new facilities would enrich the students' academic and personal development.
