Aladağlar mountains to host Çamardı FotoSafari competition

The Aladağlar mountain range, spanning the borders of Niğde, Kayseri, and Adana, will host the Çamardı FotoSafari competition from October 27 to November 1. The event aims to showcase the region's natural beauty, including its peaks, glacial lakes, canyons, and endemic species, to boost local tourism and the economy.

Organized through a collaboration between the Çamardı District Governorate, Çamardı Municipality, and the FOTON Association, the competition expects to bring together approximately 200 local and international photographers. The contest is open to both professionals and amateurs, with participation permitted via professional cameras, mobile phones, or drones.

The captured images will be archived to create a visual memory of the Aladağlar region and will be used for promotional materials such as brochures, books, and various media publications to increase the area's national and international recognition.
