Alan Ritchson fulfills crew member's birthday wish on ‘Reacher’ set

Alan Ritchson, star of the Prime Video series ‘Reacher’, shared a video on Instagram fulfilling a unique birthday request from a crew member. Production assistant Brett Hayman requested that Ritchson buy a birthday cake and smash it into his face.

Ritchson fulfilled the request on set, describing Hayman as one of his favorite production assistants. The video gained significant engagement on social media, receiving tens of thousands of likes shortly after posting.

Production for the fourth season of ‘Reacher’ is currently underway. Prime Video has already renewed the series for a fifth season, which is expected to premiere around 2027.
