Alan Ritchson's revenge film Motor City releases new trailer

A trailer for the upcoming action film *Motor City* starring Alan Ritchson has been released. The movie is set in 1970s Detroit and follows John Miller, who is framed by a local gangster after falling for the gangster’s girlfriend. After serving time, Miller seeks revenge, a plot shown in the trailer through hand‑to‑hand combat, gunfights, high‑speed chases and explosions.

*Motor City* is directed by Potsy Ponciroli and produced by a team that includes Jon Berg, Cliff Roberts, Greg Silverman and Joshua Harris. The cast features Shailene Woodley, Pablo Schreiber, Ben McKenzie, Ben Foster and Lionel Boyce. Filmed in New Jersey and Detroit on a $30 million budget, the film is reported to have almost no dialogue, runs 1 hour 43 minutes, and will be distributed by Independent Film Company. It holds a 70 % approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is scheduled for release on July 24 2026.
