Alan Tam celebrates 76th birthday with star-studded gathering

Cantopop singer Alan Tam celebrated his 76th birthday with a star-studded gathering of close friends from the entertainment industry. Attendees included Eric Tsang, Deborah, Stanley Chan, Chan Yau, and Pang Kin San.

During the celebration, Tam led guests in singing the classic song ‘Friends’. The event featured decorations including gold and silver balloons, specifically highlighting the number ‘25’ as a nod to Tam’s long-running joke of being ‘25 years old every year’.

Stanley Chan marked the occasion by sharing a specially edited video on Xiaohongshu, featuring photographs spanning their 60-year friendship, dating back to their time in the ‘Loosers Band’. The gesture served to dispel recent rumors of friction between the two regarding their involvement in celebrity football teams. Tam had previously clarified in interviews that any differences in their professional directions would not affect their personal bond.
