Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival announces program and juries
The 63rd International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival is scheduled to take place from October 24 to 31, 2026. The event will feature a diverse program including panels, forums, and workshops focusing on the current issues and future transformations of the cinema industry.
Key discussion topics include the relationship between directors and editors, the impact of the climate crisis on the film industry through ‘green storytelling,’ and the digital transformation of the sector. The festival will also host international co-production forums and sessions on digital platform licensing.
In an effort to promote inclusivity, the festival has partnered with the Engelsiz Filmler (Barrier-Free Films) Festival to offer an ‘Engelsiz Filmler’ selection. This initiative provides accessible screenings for visually and hearing-impaired audiences through audio descriptions and detailed subtitles. Special ‘Autism-Friendly’ sessions will also be held, featuring controlled lighting and sound levels to accommodate different sensory needs.
Additionally, the festival has announced its jury members for various categories. The Short Film Directors Association jury, consisting of Selvihan Eroğlu, Aziz Alaca, and Simay Antep, will evaluate the National Short Film Competition, while the FİLM-YÖN jury, including Mehmet Eryılmaz, Murat Düzgünoğlu, and Çiğdem Sezgin, will judge the National Feature Film Competition.
